Read newspaper please….

To me, GRAND SAGA’s action is like a child trying to show his power…What is the good of constructing the barricades over and over again? How much are they really saving if the barricades is built? How much profits would they missed if they allow the access road accessible?

What are they doing is really hurting the hearts of millions not only the residents but the millions of the news reader…

I understand that the bottom line of the company might affected by the access road..but no one is at the right mind to think that “business is guaranteed profit with no risk involved, JANJI PROFIT”..

if that is the will to let the access road open..let it be..those who need to use the SAGA will still use it..Do yourself some favor…this is part of your CSR!!!

Please don’t tell me that you will go into “Bandar Mahkota” just to save 80sen/trip(still don’t know the price)..it is silly to assume that..

SAGA…do yourself a favor…publish your annual account…let the world see how much you are earning and projected sales if the access road is open..

When MCA opt for “none shall left behind” for education…

GRAND SAGA also adopted “none shall run away” with their 80sen to fulfill their SAGA…Their GRAND SAGA..lol..

Speed,Convenience, Safety!

The saga begins with the Cheras-Kajang Toll…But the GRAND SAGA begins only when they built barricades and blocked MAHKOTA residents’ freeway…

Their mottos are

Speed- Speed in reconstruct barricades(within a night..should ask them to work on LOKE YEW ROAD since they have the speed and expertise), if you notice they invest alot in ensuring residents’ life would not be so speedy if they don’t use GRAND SAGA…

Convenience- I don’t see why the resident near “Bandar Mahkota” would be any convenient if you block the access road which they have to travel another 10km for another access road to GRAND SAGA!

Safety- If I want to save my 80sen/trip (I don’t know how much for that safety cost, I don’t use that Saga)…I would expose myself to some SO CALL UNKNOWN group of men(above 10…which considered illegal gathering..why Police never take action upon the UNKNOWN GROUP OF MEN?)OMG!!!Which some of the residents badly hurt!

This is the worst of all the mottos, SAFETY my ass…If you can’t fight with the law, find the loop holes…if you don’t have the politician to stand on your side, find some UNKNOWN group..According to SAGA, they did not hired the UNKNOWN GROUP that end up bashed the powerless rebels..

HOW COME ALL OUR BELOVED MPs (or our representative never debate(at least discuss about it today) never mentioned today? MAYBE I MISSED…BUT HELL NO TO THE THUGS, HELL NO TO VIOLENCE!!!

I wonder if there’s any of our MPs staying at that area…I wonder if they read newspaper everyday…I wonder what is on their mind if they read it in the news..I wonder what GRAND SAGA directors feeling after knowing residents bleeding and needs to admit to the hospital because of some UNKNOWN THUGS helping them to fight against the rebellious unarmed residents.

Let’s analyse..if the UNKNOWN GROUP OF MEN is not hired by Grand SAGA..then who are they…

MAYBE..

1) They are the construction workers who built the barricades…whom like artist-admiring their art and hope that one day the art is known to the world like MONALiSA..so whoever that are standing there or trying to touch the art with their bare hands shall suffer!! “thee shall not break my creation or thee shall suffer from my helmet and my bats but not my 80sen(I need to use the TOL)”

2) They are the Passer-by whom felt the rebels were hurting SAGA, so they lend out some helmet and bats to fight the unarmed rebellious residents whom would like to save 80sen/trip and save the planet by traveling 10km lesser to another GRAND SAGA LEGACY…

3) They are individual whom arrived at the scene by ACCIDENT..like all the superhero arriving about same time then they gather all their strength and forces to fight against the rebels whom are trying to help the powerless resident to save their 80sen/trip..

4) They are the YOUNG AND ENERGETIC retiree security forces…instinct to defend the fortress barricades sealed with Grade A semen when they thought the REBELS tearing down the “art work” with their bare hands whom at the end of the day can save RM1.60/2 trips a day..

5) any other maybe?

SAY NO TO VIOLENCE…SAY NO TO BARRICADES…

Selangor and Federal Government..please solve the mysterious dispute so that SAGA would not be blame for putting the barricades…just void the contract…lol..

Police…Please take note to the unknown group since they are unknown…make them known…actually the media press got their pictures…if you need help to buy newspapers..I’m sure one of the officer reads…unknown group’s faces is all over the newspaper…

I’m back!!!

After such a long time that I’ve absent from telling about myself, I’m back!

I’ve been walking, talking, working, running, juggling and sleeping and I’m Back!

I’m back with more stories to tell more thoughts to share.

I am an Interviewer

I’ve been working as a Researcher(Interviewer as disguised) for like 2 years.

I think I’ve interviewed over 300 people in 20 projects. some projects require me to conduct interview over the phone, some required me to look for respondent myself

                                                

In research, we have 2 major types of survey. These are discussion group (DG) and central location(CL). Other than that, we have others like product testing, auditing and mystery shopper.

The DG usually done in-house(in the research company) with few researcher and client watching from another room(just like those interrogation room in the movie where they can see you from another room without you knowing it.) and 1 or 2 facilitator asking questions to the group.

Those respondent usually have been screened before they allowed to sit in the group and usually these people have a certain types of interests, hobbies and knowledge about the particular topic. Respondents needs to join in the discussion and speak up during the process or else the discussion group will not be a success as the researcher needs every details that the respondent got to offer.

The other type, CL survey usually done in some shopping complex(don’t be afraid if you been approached!!). Depending on how many respondents they need, sometimes they needs a lot of surveyor or interviewer like us.

                                                                   

I remember about the Pizza Hut pasta project(the one you having in the pizza hut now!), we need to find 100 respondents a day(9 rounds) for 3 conservative week ends. That projects we have almost 20 interviewers, 10 of us needs to interviews the respondent while the others looking for respondents for the next round.

While the projects needs a lot of coordination between the supervisor and the interviewers, for every projects they have quotas on races, sex and age group(sounds discriminating? Yes, it is)

So, we will work according to the quotas, we will identified the scarce respondents(middle age and with family) and they are top of our list to head hunt. It is fun when we are looking out for respondents, we need a balance between the young age group(below 30s) and the middle age groups.

We usually will look out for the young chics(for guys) 1st, we will head hunt the attractive and beautiful girl(nevermind even if her BF is besides her cause we have valid reason to approach her).

After few rounds of searching hot chics as interviewee, supervisor will gather all the guys and tell us stop flirting around and start finding the right respondents:0. That’s when we started to be “not so aggressive” in finding interviewees..

                                               

Isn’t it fantastic to have a valid reason to look at hot chic and approach them, if your BF/GF complained. Tell them “is my job to do that!”

So far, the pizza hut pasta project is the projects that involves largest group of interviewers.
